COMMUNITY SERVICE OPPORTUNITY: Friends of Johnson Lake SRA will be hosting a community clean up day at Gallagher Canyon SRA on Saturday, April 27th, from 9:00AM-2:00PM. This will include litter and garbage removal, picnic table painting, and fire pit cleaning. Please wear/bring gloves, clothing that can get dirty, and appropriate footwear for walking, climbing, and hiking. Water, trash bags, and basic equipment will be provided. This event will be rescheduled in the case of inclement weather. If you or someone you know is interested in volunteering please have them contact the park office at 402-875-1383 or email them at NGPC.Johnson.Lake@Nebraska.gov

DRIVER EDUCATION: Information will be being sent home with 7th-9th graders - extra forms will be available in the office for anyone who loses theirs or anyone who did not receive one. Parents will need to make sure to sign their student(s) up on the Driver Education Google Sheet. CRANE RIVER PRODUCTION: Crane River Theater is performing on the A-HPS stage at 6:45pm THIS Monday 4/15/24. This is FREE due to generous donors in our community. SUMMER EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY: NDOT is looking for summer help! You must be 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass a drug screening.
